• Once a payment is made, it is not possible to refund or transfer the amount to another party or service.
• Cancellations are not permitted once a booking has been made. We encourage you to check your availability before confirming your booking.
• Refunds may be considered in case of a genuine error in billing or exceptional circumstances, subject to our discretion.
