• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
• Payments must be completed at the time of booking for the reservation to be confirmed.
• All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Schedules and instructors are subject to change based on availability.
• Studio rental is subject to prior booking and availability.
• For 12 Sessions Pack, only 1 unused session can be carried forward.
• For 3-Month Membership, up to 4 unused sessions can be carried forward.
• Carry forward sessions are valid only into the immediately following cycle and cannot be accumulated beyond.
• 6 Months Membership allows unlimited access to any 2 services of your choice.
• 12 Months Membership offers unlimited access across all available group classes.
